Two rounds of revisions are included. Extensive changes, additional pages, complex artwork and urgent orders may incur an additional fee, which will always be discussed before work begins.
All prices are for custom digital design files only. Printing is not included.
How the Service Works
- Contact Rachel’s Keepsakes with the type of stationery you require, your preferred style and the date of the funeral or memorial service.
- We will discuss your ideas, confirm availability and provide a personalised quote.
- Once your booking is confirmed, you will be asked to provide the photographs, wording and service details required for the design.
- A digital proof will be provided for you to review before the design is finalised.
- Your completed print-ready files will be supplied digitally, ready to print at home or through your preferred local printer.

Please include as much information as possible with your enquiry, including:
- The type of stationery required
- The funeral or memorial service date
- Your preferred colours, flowers, theme or style
- Any special cultural or personal details you would like incorporated
- Your required finished size
- Whether you require an Order of Service, memorial postcard or matching set
You may attach photographs and supporting documents with your enquiry. Any final files required for the design will be confirmed after your booking.

Custom design work is subject to availability and requires additional time to create. Pricing will depend on the type of stationery, the complexity of the design and the level of personalisation required.
This is a digital design service. No printed stationery will be posted unless printing has been discussed and quoted separately.
