Digital Delivery Policy

Rachel’s Keepsakes sells digital Canva templates. No physical product will be posted or delivered, and no shipping charges apply.

Digital delivery

After payment has been successfully processed, your digital download and Canva template access instructions will be provided through your order confirmation page and email.

Delivery is normally available shortly after purchase. Occasionally, payment processing, security checks or technical issues may cause a delay.

Finding your order

Please ensure that your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

If your order email does not arrive:

Check your spam or junk folder
Search your inbox for “Rachel’s Keepsakes”
Confirm that you used the correct email address
Contact us with your name and order number

Download access

Download access may be limited to four attempts. Please download your files promptly and save a secure backup to your device.

Your download, files and editable Canva template link are for your use under the licence described in our Terms of Service. They must not be shared, resold or distributed.

Canva access

A Canva account and internet connection are required to access and edit our templates. Unless the product description states otherwise, a free Canva account can be used.

Rachel’s Keepsakes is not responsible for Canva outages or account issues outside our control, but we will assist where reasonably possible if you experience difficulty accessing the original template.

Problems accessing your purchase

If your download is missing, damaged or inaccessible, please contact us at hello@rachelskeepsakes.com.au.

Include your name, order number and a screenshot or description of the problem. We will investigate and provide assistance, a replacement file or a new access link where appropriate.

Refunds and remedies are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy and your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
