Return and Refund Policy

Digital products

Rachel’s Keepsakes sells digital Canva templates. No physical product will be posted or delivered.

Please review the product description, images, dimensions and requirements carefully before purchasing. A Canva account and internet access are required to use our templates.

Change-of-mind refunds

Because our products are supplied digitally, we generally do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds for change of mind after the digital files or template access link have been supplied.

This includes purchasing the wrong template, no longer requiring the template or failing to review the product description before purchasing.

If you accidentally make a duplicate purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review the order.

Problems with your purchase

If your template is faulty, the access link does not work, the files are corrupted, or the product is materially different from its description, please contact us at hello@rachelskeepsakes.com.au.

Please include:

Your name
Your order number
A description of the problem
A screenshot of any error message, if applicable

We will investigate the issue and may provide troubleshooting assistance, repair or replace the digital file, issue a new access link, or provide another remedy where appropriate.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy available under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable law that cannot legally be excluded.

Approved refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be returned to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
